Shipping and Returns

Delivery

Art work is shipped only within US and US territories. Please contact me for international shipping at suswana@grihstudio.com.

  • All paintings will be shipped in a custom-made box, safely and securely.​

  • Commissions/custom orders are made to order and lead time varies.

  • ​All available paintings are dispatched within 7 business days. If there is a more urgent timeframe, please e-mail at suswana@grihstudio.com.

  • ​International paintings on special request are shipped by Fedex/UPS. Order tracking information will be e-mailed on dispatch.

  • ​Free shipping in US and US territories. International shipping charges vary as per provider.

  • ​Customers receiving goods outside United States may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed.

Returns

  • To initiate the returns process, please email suswana@grihstudio.com.​

  • As soon as we receive your email, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • ​We require items to be returned in good condition, in the full original packaging.​

  • Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days although please allow up to 14 days.

  • If you received an artwork that was damaged in transit, then please get in touch at suswana@grihstudio.com and a replacement will be issued straight away depending on the proofs you provide.

  • ​Please note: Since artworks are usually very bulky and heavy, shipping costs incurred will be subtracted from the paid amount before refunding. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer. In case of goods damaged in transit, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement.
